Founding of “S. Graf, Spezialprodukte” by Mr. Siegfried Graf, based in Nestelberg.
1989
Rebranding to “S. Graf, Carello Elektrofahrzeuge Erzeugungs- und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH” and relocation to Nestelbach near Ilz.
2006
Founding of the “Mobilitätszentrum Handels GmbH” by Ronald Schittl, Renate Frühwirth and Corinna Aspan, based in Wörterberg.
2008
Acquisition of “S. Graf, Carello Elektrofahrzeuge Erzeugungs- und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH” by “Mobilitätszentrum Handels GmbH” and renaming to the current “Graf Carello GmbH” with owners Ronald Schittl, Renate Frühwirth and Corinna Aspan.

Expansion of the existing product range to include electric transporters and special vehicle construction.
